PROJECT: _ 2018
DESCRIPTION:
The projected building consists of three basements dedicated to garages and back-rooms. The group of parkings gives a total of 412 parkings and 60 back-rooms. In the groundfloor they locate local commercial and the different accesses to the housings and the garage.
In first floor, there is an interior block patio of a surface of 2.516,86 mē in which settle some sport facilities outdoors, such as:

a pool of a mirror of water of 178,50 mē, two paddel hints, a footing circuit and an area of children's games. And five floors dedicated to housings, making a total of 59 housings. These they are divided in three nuclei of stairways, where the nuclei 1 and 3, consist of 4 housings for floor, and the nucleus 2, the central one, of two housings for plant. The structure of the building will be projected with the help of a system of metallic piazzas that will support the wrought metallic collaborantings that compose the sustained elements of the building. |
