DESCRIPTION:
In their main facade, Sierra de Tamuntana views and on the city of Palma. The area more emblemed of this group (corporate offices of the Group Drac) views to the highway Palma to Soller.
The building is organized through the creation of four nuclei that they conform the interior space (height square) that define the different proposed uses and that they give access to areas

administrative in superior floors, areas of parkings in basement and an entrance area to the commercial complex and the space that it is believed in first floor, through mechanical ramps.
The building consists in most part of groundfloors, more two floors, except in the area where the entrance is located to the administrative complex that is groundfloor plus three floors, (corporate offices of the Group Drac) where views are had on the Sierra of Tramuntana.
The height square is the point of encounter of the whole activity that will generate in its interior. From the same one, one will be able to access to all and each one of the different realities that harbors and it will be stay place in the leisure moments.
The building consists to its surroundings with a interior perimeter way of the parcel that allows the access to any external point of the same one.
In the area of parkings, they have been carried out two floors in basement occupying the practical entirety of the lot, with a total capacity of 680 parkings, with an unique access.
